  • 2021 William H. Harrison, Jr. Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students living in the AWS Mobile Section area who are pursuing welding education.
  • 2022 Airgas - Jerry Baker Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student pursuing a minimum four-year bachelors degree in welding engineering (WE) or welding engineering technology (WET); however, priority will be given to welding engineering (WE) students interested in pursuing a career with an industrial gas or welding equipment distributor.
  • 2022 Airgas - Terry Jarvis Memorial Scholarship
    The Airgas - Terry Jarvis Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student pursuing a minimum four-year bachelors degree in welding engineering (WE) or welding engineering technology (WET); however, priority will be given to welding engineering (WE) students interested in pursuing a career with an industrial gas or welding equipment distributor.
  • 2022 Atlas Welding Supply Scholarship
    This scholarship is for a welding student in AWS District 9 with a minimum GPA of 2.5, with priority for a student in the Birmingham Section.
  • 2022 Eleanor Ezell Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students residing in the AWS Mobile Section who are pursuing welding or welding-related fields.
  • 2022 Leo D. Veal Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students in the AWS Mobile Section who are pursuing higher education in welding.
  • 2022 Malcolm T. Gilliland Scholarship – District 5
    This scholarship will be awarded to students living within the AWS District 5 area who are pursuing degrees or certificates in a welding or welding-related program.
  • 2022 Paul “Jerry” Betts Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students living in the AWS Mobile Section who are pursuing higher education in welding.
  • 2022 Ronald C. & Joyce Pierce – Mobile Section Scholarship

  • 2022 Stephen F. Carlisle Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students residing in the AWS Mobile Section and pursuing higher education in welding.
  • 2022 William B. Howell Memorial Scholarship
    The William B. Howell Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student pursuing a minimum four-year degree in a welding program at an accredited university.
  • Airgas – Jerry Baker Scholarship 2022
    This scholarship will be be awarded to individuals interested in pursuing a career in **welding engineering**.
  • Allen B. and Elizabeth W. Shevach Scholarship for Medical School
    This scholarship is open to students who graduate from high schools located in Lee County, Florida and enroll at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
  • Brooks Law Group Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to a high school senior or current undergraduate student who is enrolled in or planning to attend a U.S. college or university.
  • Collaboratory 2022 Scholarship
    The idea for Collaboratory is based on the Apollo missions and the books and materials that have been written about it. The application of those ideas to social change is summarized in a monograph entitled “The Flat Org Chart.'
  • Community Foundation of Collier County Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to Collier County students and residents pursuing post-secondary education.
  • David Pearl, Sr. – South Florida Section Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students living in the AWS South Florida Section who are pursuing welding or welding-related programs.
  • Florida Farmworker Student Scholarship Program
    This scholarship is available to Florida residents who are farmworkers or children of farmworkers.
  • Florida PTA/PTSA Annual Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to students who wish to pursue their education at a University, Fine Arts School, Community College, or Vo-Tech.
  • Fred Griffin Jr. Scholarship
    A $500 scholarship will be awarded to four graduating seniors attending a high school in the state of Florida. These graduates must be enrolled in a college or university in the State of Florida.
  • Gettys P. And Alice D. Alderman Scholarship
    Established by native Floridian Gettys P. Alderman and his wife Alice, this scholarship provides support for promising students with financial need to pursue degrees in Accounting or Citrus at Florida Southern College.
  • H.D. Riviere – South Florida Section Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students living within the South Florida Section who are pursuing higher education in welding and related fields.
  • J.D. Butler and Alice W. Butler Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to graduating seniors or graduates from Deerfield Beach Senior High School who plan to attend full-time any accredited two-year or four-year college, university or community college located in the United States, for undergraduate, graduate and/or professional education and training.
  • J. Ollie Edmunds Distinguished Scholarship
    This is an academically competitive scholarship which pays all expenses for students who exhibit top academic and personal leadership potential.
  • Miguel Cabrera Family Scholarship
    The purpose of the Miguel Cabrera Family Scholarship Fund is to provide educational scholarships that benefit students graduating from high schools in Michigan, with a preference for students from Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe, Washtenaw, Livingston and St. Clair counties, or Florida, with a preference for students from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
  • Mobile WESCO & Miller Electric Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students in the **AWS Mobile Section** who are pursuing welding education.
  • Pat Moran and JM Family Enterprises, Inc. Endowed Scholarship in Transportation and Logistics
    This scholarship is for students who enroll full-time (at least 12 credit hours) each semester with at least 24 credit hours each academic year and have declared a major in Transportation & Logistics.
  • Porter Fleming Literary Competition 2022
    This competition recognizes talented writers who reside in **Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee**.
  • Randolph Bracy Ocoee Scholarship Program
    The Randolph Bracy Ocoee Scholarship Program was created by the 2021 Florida Legislature to provide student financial assistance for a maximum of 50 eligible students who are either (1) a direct descendant of victims of the Ocoee Election Day Riots of November 1920, or (2) current African-American residents of Ocoee, Florida. Applicants must provide proof of ancestry or proof of residency to the Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) for initial eligibility consideration.
  • Ted R. Allaire Memorial Endowed Scholarship
    This scholarship is for students who have a UNF recalculated high school GPA of at least 3.0 or a transfer GPA of 2.5 and reside in Florida. Preference given to a past Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, Inc. recipient.
  • The Florida Farmworker Student Scholarship
    The Florida Farmworker Student Scholarship (FFSS) Program is a need-based merit scholarship that provides financial assistance to a maximum of 50 eligible students who are farmworkers (or children of farmworkers), as defined in section 420.503, Florida Statutes.
  • The Lloyd F. Hutt Scholarship
    Established in 1990, this scholarship program honors the legacy of Lloyd F. Hutt – teacher and founder of LMCU.
  • The National Association of Junior Auxiliaries Scholarship
    Scholarships are awarded each April. If more than one Scholarship year is required to complete studies, the recipient may reapply, provided all previous agreements have been fulfilled satisfactorily.
  • The Spirit of Dru Scholarship

  • Van Law Endowed Scholarship
    This scholarship is for students who are juniors or seniors at time of the award, declare a major in the Coggin College of Business and reside in Florida.
