  • 2021 Mike & Joan Krupnicki / Miller Electric Scholarship
    This scholarship is for a student residing within AWS District 6 attending or enrolled in the welding program at Arc+Flame / Monroe Community College (Monroe Corporate College) in Rochester, NY.
  • Albert E. Wischmeyer Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who are planning to enroll or are enrolled at an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within New York State as full time students and major in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing engineering technology or mechanical technology.
  • ATHENA Adult Scholarship
    This scholarship was established by The Chamber and The Chamber Foundation to encourage increased career opportunities for women in Dutchess County.
  • AWISCO Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded annually for students in **AWS District 2** from the New York, New Jersey, or Long Island Sections who are pursuing degrees in welding or related programs.
  • AWS Long Island Section Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to a student who resides in the **Long Island Section**.
  • Bill Myers - Alleghany Section Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to students residing in AWS Alleghany Section who are pursuing welding or welding related programs.
  • Bill Myers District 6 Scholarship
    This scholarship is sponsored by the former AWS Allegheny Section to honor AWS Past President, Bill Myers.
  • Cattaraugus County Realtors Scholarship
    One scholarship is given in memory of Orville W. Johnston and one in memory of Midge Forness. Any graduating senior intending to pursue a degree in the business field may apply.
  • CFHV Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded to help graduating seniors and eligible college students who have been affected by breast cancer in a meaningful way and who have turned those challenges into positive action.
  • Dobe E. Ulmer Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who are planning to enroll or are enrolled at an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US as full time students and have demonstrated good leadership skills and academic achievement.
  • Doherty-Package Pavement Company Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students who are the children of employees of the **Package Pavement Company Inc. Red Wing Properties Inc., Scarsdale Acres, Inc**, or **Stormville Trucking Inc.** companies for at least three years.
  • Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program
    The Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program of New York State is awarded to foster care youth to pay for post-secondary education or training by giving students up to $5,000 a year for qualified school related expenses.
  • Eileen Hickey Nursing Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to any resident of **Dutchess County** who is pursuing a career in nursing at a college in New York State.
  • Excelsior Scholarship Program
    The Excelsior Scholarship, in combination with other student financial aid programs, allows students to attend a SUNY or CUNY college tuition-free.
  • Friends of Harold Johnson Memorial Scholarship
    The Friends of Harold Johnson Memorial Scholarship is for students of the **Akron High School** in New York.
  • George A. and Catherine V. Quill Scholarship
    This scholarship is not necessarily intended for those students with the highest grade point average but rather intended for those students who must apply themselves to prosper or those who are able to demonstrate financial need.
  • Honorable Anthony L. Pagones Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to a **Dutchess County** graduating senior with a preference for a Beacon resident, who has the intention to study law, political science/government or criminal justice.
  • Jim Downey Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior attending **Akron High School** who is planning to pursue education at a post-secondary institution.
  • Juan Lafuente Leadership Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to any resident of **Dutchess County** who plan to attend an accredited NY State college, university or trade school.
  • Kathleen H. Zwissler Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to seniors graduating from high school and students currently enrolled in accredited academic institutions and who work at or whose parents or guardians are employed by **Adams Fairacre Farms, Inc**.
  • Learning Leader Merit Scholarship
    This scholarship is a merit award for a current Park 8th grade student rising to Grade 9 and a new incoming Grade 9 student. The scholarship is equal to 50% of tuition and is renewable each year on the basis of ongoing leadership performance in academics and community life.
  • Leslie C. and Irene G. Roe Athletic Scholarship
    This scholarship award was created to provide a multi-year award for Dutchess County students who have demonstrated outstanding athletic skills, and will attend a **New York State Community College or public College/University (CUNY, SUNY)**.
  • Linda and Steven Lant Family Scholarship
    This scholarship was established to support students with the motivation, work ethic, and academic skills necessary to succeed at college and in the work force.
  • Long Island Flower Grower Association - Bob Gunther Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students from Long Island and New York who are studying ornamental horticulture at a community college or four-year institution in New York. This includes floriculture, landscape maintenance, landscape design, turf and any other courses of study related to ornamental horticulture. One student will be awarded this scholarship annually.
  • Long Island Flower Grower Association (LIFGA) Scholarship
    The LIFGA scholarship is intended for students in the Long Island/New York area studying ornamental horticulture at a community college or a four-year institution.
  • Maria E. McCarthy Ringwood Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to **Roy C. Ketcham High School** and **Our Lady of Lourdes High School** college-bound graduating seniors who have actively participated in theater in school.
  • Maureen and Stan Straub Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from **Roy C. Ketcham High School** or a student who would resides in the **RCK area** and is pursuing higher education.
  • Melissa D. Bisaccia Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship was created to help students graduating from Roy C. Ketcham High School who have faced and overcome obstacles and challenges that could have prevented them from achieving their goal of pursuing a college education.
  • Michael P. Murphy Public Service Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to a graduating senior from Millbrook High School, Our Lady of Lourdes High School or Poughkeepsie High School who has demonstrated leadership in and a passion for giving back to their community and will attend an accredited college or university.
  • MUFG Union Bank Scholarship Program 2021
    This scholarship is available to a college sophomore who is an enrolled full-time student at any UNCF member institution, other Historically Black College or University (HBCU), or a U.S. located, accredited four-year institution in the fall 2021.
  • Nora Zeller Strudwick Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to a senior graduating from one of the Wappingers Central School District high schools who plans to pursue a career in nursing. The recipient will demonstrate the potential for the compassionate nursing practice which best symbolized Mrs. Strudwicks nursing career.
  • Norman and Rita Nussbickel Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors at the selected schools who have demonstrated excellent academic and athletic achievement and have a meaningful record of community service.
  • North Shore Rotary Club Community Service Scholarship Award
    The North Shore Rotary Club annually presents one Staten Island Student a scholarship award based on their Community Service efforts and the student’s intention to continue education after high school graduation.
  • NYSRA Rochester Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who are residents of Monroe, Livingston, Ontario or Wayne county and must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will major in foodservice, culinary arts, hospitality management or a related field.
  • Olean Area Federal Credit Union Scholarship
    The Olean Area Federal Credit Union participates in the New York Credit Union Association scholarship program awarding the top three candidates as scored by the New York Credit Union Association.
  • Patrick G. Nestler Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior pursuing a career in engineering. This is a four-year scholarship which provides a $4,000 scholarship each year. This scholarship is awarded every four years.
  • Paul S. Kleidman Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Arlington High School who will be attending a 4-year college/university and whose life has been materially affected by the serious illness of a parent. The scholarship shall be applied to tuition costs at an accredited college or university in the United States.
  • Pawith Educators Scholarship
    This scholarship is not necessarily intended for those with the greatest scholastic ability but is intended for those who have demonstrated a strong work ethic an ability to succeed in the chosen course of study and have demonstrated a strong record of community service. The scholarship will be awarded to graduating Poughkeepsie High School seniors who will be at least half-time students at any accredited educational institution in the United States.
  • Peter B. Taub Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to High school juniors and seniors and community college students living in the six-county area (Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, Ontario and Wayne counties).
  • Poughkeepsie High School Class of 1958 Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors of Poughkeepsie High School who will be full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States. It may be used for tuition books and fees.
  • Preferred Bank Scholarship Program
    This scholarship is available for High School Seniors who are planning to attend a U.S. Accredited 4-Year College/University or a Community College as a 1st year student.
  • Provost Scholarship
    This scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen at St. Bonaventure University with high academic achievement. The award amount is $22,000*. This scholarship is renewable annually for a total four-year value of $88,000, provided that a 2.75 or better cumulative grade point average is maintained.
  • Ralph and Mary McLean Wilson Scholarship
    The Ralph and Mary McLean Wilson Scholarship Fund offers two $1,000 scholarships to Girl Scouts who are receiving the Girl Scout Gold Award.
  • Richard W. Mitchell Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to high school senior residents of Dutchess County who are faced with significant economic, physical, developmental or emotional barrier(s) while advancing their education.
  • Robert K. and Clara Lou Gould Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Beacon High School who have extensive community service experience and will attend a post-secondary institution after graduation.
  • Royal Business Bank Scholarship Program
    This scholarship is available for High School Seniors who are planning to attend a U.S. Accredited 4-Year College/University or a California/Nevada/New York Community College as a 1st year student.
  • Royal W. Smith, Jr. Scholarship
    This scholarship will be awarded to a student who is enrolled in college, a trade school or certificate program, and a member of a **Yankee Farm Credit** stockholder farm family.
  • Ruth Oja Environmental Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to students who are residents of Red Hook, NY who are college bound graduating high school seniors or the home-schooled equivalent pursuing studies in environmental science or a related discipline or who have demonstrated a sensitivity to the environment through leadership/participation in pro-environmental programs like recycling, land conservancy, environmental cleanup projects, etc. This scholarship shall be applied to tuition costs at an accredited college university or trade school.
  • Sapp Family Scholarship
    This scholarship provides one scholarship annually to a student enrolled at Buffalo State through the Educational Opportunity Program with demonstrated financial need. Preference may be given to a resident of New York City (the boroughs of New York, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island).
  • St. Joseph's School Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to any student who attended St. Joseph's School in Kingston, NY. The scholarship will be awarded to individuals who will be full time students at any accredited college or university in the U.S.
  • St. Thomas Aquinas College Commemorative Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students who are planning to enroll or are enrolled at St. Thomas Aquinas College as full time students and have demonstrated good leadership skills and academic achievement.
  • The Dedalus Foundation Scholarship
    Graduating high school seniors are invited to apply for the Dedalus Foundation Scholarships awarded for artistic excellence.
  • The East Los Angeles Community Union (TELACU) Scholarship
    Administered by the **TELACU Education Foundation**, this scholarship program is funded by TELACU and the generous contributions of its partners—colleges and universities, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and individuals—who have joined in advancing educational opportunities for the community. Applicants must be attending one of **TELACU**'s partnering colleges and universities.   • The James and Mary Lee Fuller Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to students from Long Island who are planning to enroll or are enrolled at an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US as full time students and are interested in pursuing a career in horticulture.
  • Through Dylan's Eyes, the Dylan Feller Memorial Scholarship
    This scholarship is available for graduating students interested in photography and graphic communications attending FDR High School and/or DC BOCES/CTI.
  • Victor and Janet Salitan BOCES 2 Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to graduating seniors of the career and technical education program at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES who plan to pursue post-secondary education and show distinction in school performance, leadership, service, or character.
  • Wappingers Rotary Scholarship
    This scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Roy C. Ketcham High School or who reside in the RCK area who have demonstrated involvement/leadership in community service activities and an ability to succeed in their chosen field.
  • WGA Caddie Scholarship
    The Westchester Golf Association (WGA) Caddie Scholarship is available for young men and women who work in service to golf at participating clubs and courses in the Fairfield (CT), Bronx, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester (NY) Counties and have enrolled at an accredited college or university.
